Shire of Augusta Margaret River

Tate Construction were engaged by the Shire of Augusta Margaret River to construct amenities buildings at Surfers Point and Riflebutts Reserve.

Tate Construction completed this work to the required standard and successfully dealt with challenges along the way including maintaining a safe and tidy site in a popular public location, cooperation with other contractors on site, challenging weather conditions building the works during winter to minimise impact on public and peak visitor periods.

Tate Construction were also cooperative in incorporating artworks into the building. This included collaboration with local artist lan Dowling for a large sculptural piece cast into the formwork for the concrete wall entering the building and unique entry signage and tiling mosaics developed by the Architect.
