Tate Construction is an established and experienced construction company based in Margaret River, Western Australia. We have completed both residential and commercial projects in our local region since 1999, which has provided us with a strong and successful project portfolio.

We have a passionate commitment to all of our projects and make it our prerogative to instil personal involvement and care in order to achieve the best outcome for all of our stakeholders and clients. Every single project that Tate Construction undertake have been completed to the highest possible standard, with many of these projects being the recipients of awards for their quality of construction. We have completed many renovations on heritage-listed buildings, including the Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse Precinct and Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse Precinct.

Proudly Local

Danello Pty Ltd, trading as Tate Construction, is a family business that has proudly operated locally to the Margaret River region for over 20 years. Directors Barry and Elaine Tate are both long-time Margaret River residents and are well known and respected members of the local community.

Barry served his carpentry apprenticeship with Perkins Builders before going on to establish his own contract carpentry business, and then moving onto Builders Registration. He also has a passion for sport – particularly Aussie Rules – and is a long standing President of the South West Football League and a member of the Country Football League.
